I first came to Maria in March 2023 with various back problems and it was apparent right from my initial enquiry that she was extremely professional, competent and efficient and that I had found the right person to help me.

I was a little apprehensive at first, not only because I had been suffering with back pain and didn’t want to risk making it worse, but also because I had never done anything like Pilates before, it was a little daunting, however Maria’s kind, friendly and understanding manner instantly reassured me.

During my first session, Maria’s expert knowledge, vast experience and high level of extensive training was immediately obvious and so I had instant trust in her.

Each session is fully customised to my ability, body and any specific areas of concern at that time and with a gentle, patient and flexible approach, Maria continues to help me immensely, improving my pain, strength, confidence and general well-being.

I honestly could not have hoped for a better Pilates instructor and rehabilitation expert than Maria and I highly recommend her.
