Jill and I have been going to Pilates with Maria for over 10 years. Maria is a wonderful teacher; patient, understanding and kind. We have progressed from complete novices to being comfortable with some advanced moves under Maria’s expert tuition. I suffer from lower back problems, and the weekly Pilates sessions have really helped me.
