Matwork is a series of exercises performed on the mat using your own body weight and gravity as resistance. A range of props including toning circles, bands, spiky balls, weights, foam rollers and large balls are used to further challenge you – adding fun and variety to your workout.
All equipment is provided for all private sessions. Training with a friend or partner has become increasingly popular and motivational, so why not share a session and reduce the individual fee? Private matwork sessions can be booked up to a maximum of three people.
For a different challenge and greater variety, consider trying the one-to-one Reformer sessions
